Billy Ray Hubbard, 70, of Buchanan, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2012 in the Hampton Veterans Hospital. He was preceded in death by his father, William Hubbard and brother, Norris Hubbard. He is survived by mother, Julie E. Stith of Buchanan; daughter, Debrissa McKinney of Ashville, NC; nephew, Terrence (LaTonya) Jackson of Hampton; great-nephews, Kevauhn Hightower and Turon Jackson; great-niece, Tehri Jackson, and a host of other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held 11 am, Saturday, April 7, 2012 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10am until time of the service.
